1. What does your pricing include?
Our pricing includes all the necessary services for your project, such as design work, permit filing assistance, and any required consultations. Additional services like structural design, 3D renderings, and expedited processing can be added for an extra fee. Municipality permit costs are not included and must be paid separately.

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project and municipal requirements. Typically, design drafts are ready within 2-3 weeks after the initial site visit, with permits filed within 4-6 weeks of design approval. Expedited services are available for faster processing.
