Additional services like structural design, 3D renderings, and expedited processing can be added for an extra fee. Municipality permit costs are not included and must be paid separately.
2. Are there any hidden fees?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project and municipal requirements. Typically, design drafts are ready within 2-3 weeks after the initial site visit, with permits filed within 4-6 weeks of design approval. Expedited services are available for faster processing.
3. How long does the process take?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
4. Who will be handling my project?
Your project will be managed by licensed architects based in Connecticut and New York. Our team of professionals ensures that your design meets local regulations and is executed within the standard of care of that jurisdiction.
5. Can I make changes to the design after approval?
Yes! We offer two free revisions, and any additional changes will be subject to a revision fee. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with your vision.
6. Are permit filing fees included in your pricing?
No, municipality permit fees are not included in our pricing. These fees are charged directly by the local municipality and vary depending on the project type and location.
7. Do you work with clients outside of Connecticut and New York?
Currently, we are licensed to operate and provide services in Connecticut and New York. We do not offer services outside these states at this time.
